Adding multiple notes and working in bulk
Sometimes you need to add a lot of entries quickly, or clean up a bundle in one go. Bundled has two features that make this much faster: batch note creation and multi-select bulk actions.
Adding multiple notes at once
The Add multiple notes sheet lets you create a whole list of entries in one step.
Open a bundle and click theAdd rich content button.
Click the Add multiple notes button.
Paste or type all the notes you want to create.
Choose where to separate entries by comma or by new line.
Choose whether the text should become each entry's title or body.
Optionally, select tags to apply to the whole batch.
Preview the entries, then create them all at once.

Batch note creation is available on Android now. Support for the web app is planned soon.
Working in bulk with multi-select
Multi-select lets you act on several entries at once without opening each one individually. Long press any entry to enter selection mode, then tap the other entries you want to include.
You can also click the Select all button in a Kanban column to select all entries in a column, or in the Completed section (if move completed entries to the bottom is enabled) to quickly select completed entries.
Once you have a selection, you can apply any of the following actions to the whole group:
Retag — add or remove tags across multiple entries at once
Archive — hide finished entries without deleting them
Move, copy, duplicate — move or copy entries to a different bundle, or duplicate them within the same bundle
Delete — permanently remove entries you no longer need
