Adding rich content to bundles
Bundled Notes isn't just for text. You can attach images, videos, files, and rich links to your content — either directly to a bundle, or to a specific entry.
These features open up the possibility for specific bundles to track visual projects, bookmarks and files - or can be used to add more context and information to any entry or bundle.
Adding rich content to a bundle creates a standalone entry for it. Adding it to a specific entry keeps it associated with that note, so everything related stays together.
How to add rich content
To add rich content to a bundle, tap the + Media button at the bottom of any bundle page and select the type of content you want to add.
To attach content to an existing entry, open the entry and use the attachment button in the editor toolbar.
Types of rich content
Images & videos — pick one or more from your photo library (up to 5 at a time).
Camera — take a photo or video directly from within the app.
Files — attach any file from your device (PDFs, documents, audio, and more).
Links — paste a URL to generate a rich link preview, complete with title, description, and thumbnail.
Multiple notes — enter comma-separated text to quickly create several entries at once.
Solo entries
When an entry contains only a single attachment — no title and no text — it becomes a solo entry. Solo entries are displayed differently in a bundle: the attachment (image, video, or rich content) fills the entire card, giving your bundle a cleaner, more visual look.
Clicking a solo entry opens the attachment in a dedicated sheet where you can control tags, open, edit, or delete the attachment without having to open the full note editor.
This makes it easy to build bundles that feel more like a gallery or media board, rather than a list of notes.
Files & photos screen
All rich content across every bundle is accessible in the Files & Photos, found on the Home Screen.
From here you can browse everything you've attached, filter by type (images, videos, files, links), and manage or delete individual attachments — without having to hunt through individual bundles.
Storage
Uploaded files or photos count toward your account storage. You can see how much storage you've used at the top of the Files & Photos screen, or at the top of the add content sheet when uploading. Refer to the pricing page for more details on storage limits.
